Bella’s Blend (04-6)

Bella’s is a good choice for the classroom where both Cone 04 and Cone 6 firings are done. It is white and contains some fine grog and fireclay for tooth.

Cone 05/06 transparent glazes will craze on Bella's Blend.

Earthen Red (06-5)

Earthen Red is a forgiving terra cotta body that is very versatile and therefore a good choice for the classroom. It can be pushed to cone 5 where it turns very dark. No grog.

Lyman Red (06-02)

With 17% sand and medium fine grog, this terra cotta body works beautifully for hand, sculpture and tile work at low temperatures.

A beautiful Italian majolica red.

 Raku

Raku (06-6)Extremely versatile. In addition to standing up to the abuse of raku firing, this clay body performs well from earthenware to mid-stoneware range.

White Earthenware

Classic low-fire bright white clay that is excellent for schools and professional potters.
Smooth and silky, this clay contains no grog.  Very
easy to work with for hand building and wheel throwing.  Fine grain texture picks up detail nicely, making it perfect for modeling and carving.
